Booking Policy
Please review before booking your appointment
To ensure that all appointments are ran smoothly it is very important to read the provided information for each service prior to booking. Should you need help or need additional information please contact Candace. Please be sure to add all services that you'd like at the time of booking. Adding additional services once you arrive to your appointment or adding appointments in the note section may prevent you from receiving the additional service(s). If you are no longer interested in a service(s) please be sure to remove it from your appointment through the Vagaro booking site, this allows Candace to have additional availability through the online booking site. If you have not been serviced by Candace in 6 months, you are considered a new client. All new client services must be scheduled under the New Client Category.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred once. All appointment adjustments and cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to any scheduled appointment. This is non-negotiable.
How to arrive to your appointment
To stay on track with appointment times please have hair detangled. If you have removed extensions, braids, have not combed your hair in days or removed any protective styling please arrive with your hair detangled. Twist and braids should be taken out and detangled prior to your arrival. Arriving with tangled hair can cause an appointment to be cancelled or a fee.
Payment methods accepted are Cash, Credit Card and Debit Card
There are no children nor additional guest allowed in the salon unless being serviced.
No outside food or drinks
We ask that you arrive on time.
There is a 10-minute grace period. If you're running late, please contact Candace.
Extended Hours
I am now offering after hour appointments for individuals that need to come in on earlier or later than regular business hours. Extended hours also include Sundays. All extended hours during the week will have a $50 extended hours fee. Appointments on Sundays will have a $100 fee. If you are interested in an extended hour appointment, please text me with date that you're interested in. If a Sunday is open at the time of booking an appointment that means there is no fee!
